My wife came here for a procedure, and from start to finish, the entire experience was a breeze. Everything felt organized, efficient, and much less stressful than we expected.A few days before her procedure, we came in to complete the required labs and registration. I was expecting that part to take a while, but the process went very smoothly and we were finished pretty quickly. It was nice being able to get everything taken care of ahead of time instead of having to worry about it the morning of the procedure.On the morning of her procedure, check-in was just as easy. We arrived, got checked in without any issues, and there was very little waiting around before they started getting her ready. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful, and everything seemed to move along efficiently.While my wife was in the procedure room, I had some time to walk around the hospital and ended up getting breakfast at the cafeteria, which opens at 7 a.m. I was actually pretty impressed with it. It doesn’t really have the feel of a traditional hospital cafeteria. The layout is much more modern and inviting, and there were plenty of different food and drink options to choose from. It was a comfortable place to grab breakfast and sit for a while as I waited.The facility itself also felt clean, modern, and easy to get around. Having a family member undergo a procedure can obviously be stressful, but having everything go smoothly from registration and labs to check-in and the procedure itself made the experience so much easier.Overall, we had a very positive experience. Everything was straightforward, wait times were minimal, and the facility was comfortable and well organized. Based on our experience from the days leading up to the procedure through the procedure day itself, I would definitely recommend this facility to others.
When I first arrived at the front desk for registration they where nice and patientAnd so was the registrar that was registering me so was the RN- pre op and post op they where really helpful with me before and after my surgery if I had to have surgery again I would recommend this hospital USMD Hospital of Arlington

This was a very wonderful experience albeit having to wait till nearly 4pm for my “table-time” with my surgeon! Yet… the staff, nurses, pro/post surgery people were excellent! Thank you for your courteous bedside manner, your conscientious care for my comfort, and your cheerful attitude every time your came to see me in bed! Thank you VERY much! Now… if we can only get our surgeon to NOT overbook the surgery theater?! Have a great summer without me!?
