The check in process is great. Quick & easy. The surgeon & the recovery team were also excellent & I felt my husband got great care. But when he got moved to a room I feel like the nurses & CNA’s were put out to do anything. The level of care is lacking there. The WiFi was spotty as well as the TV kept losing signal. Those things seem silly except when you’re stuck at the hospital with nothing you can do. They have nothing for their care takers such as water or coffee on the weekends.
